  Method 1: I suggest you try SFC running [System File Checker] scan on the computer that would be a system file corrupt on the computer search and replace.

  Received phone call from a man named Thomson.  He said he was with Windows in the United States and Florida.   Was given the phone number of 315-506-4544.  Asking for help with problems with my computer detected by Windows.  He said that I was risking my computer and overwriting of files.  Very difficult to understand.  He asked I right click on my computer and highlight all the files with any questions.  I didn't trust this person so I hung up the phone.  I continued to return calls 4 - 5 times.  This doesn't seem to be a legitimate caller.  My security proovider is AVG and they say my computers are recording to date.  Was it a bogus scam

  • First create a new folder by right click on an open space on your desktop
  • hover the mouse over the new, & click on new folder
  • right-click on the new folder and choose Rename
  • write your selected folder name
    
  1. Connect your data cable USB & POWER to the camera or insert the memory card
  2. Open the files and Select the files you want to save
  3. Select files butten now the mouse left click and move the mouse over the files
  4. then right click on the selected files and click copy
  5. go to the folder you named and open
  6. right-click and select Paste & that's it!

  I would like to start by making sure that you are running the latest version of iTunes. If you are not running iTunes 12.3, download it, and then try again.

  Manual is very well.  Here are a few things to check.

  Get your updated antivirus program and start safe mode.  Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure.  To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode.  Then run a complete system scan.

  If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem.  To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore.  Click on the box that says show more restore points.

  You can check the corrupted system files.  Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE, then click on run as administrator. Then from the command prompt, type sfc/scannow.
