  Thanks for the information. Two things to try. First of all, try to align your print cartridges using the controls on the printer display panel. As part of this process, the printer will print on a sheet of alignment that you place on the printer and scan in the printer. See if it works successfully.   If you use Norton, AVG, Avira, Microsoft Security Essentials, McAfee, etc. the default action is for Windows Defender must be disabled, that these AntiVirus programs have their own Antispyware Applications.

  There is nothing to worry.

  Using both programs at the same time can cause system conflicts, etc.

  It turns out that task scheduler got corrupted it have several tasks Scheduler said were not available, but are still in the working directory. These tasks especially SR from compensation directory solved the problem and I can now create backup points.

  Try these:
  METHOD 1:
  Back up all the files on a USB Flash drive or an external hard drive and re - install Windows on the hard disk of laptop.

  METHOD 2:

  Try partitioning your hard drive and put your files there.

  1. Start menu search: 'drive '.
  2. click on create and format hard disk partitions
  3 right-click the Local Disk (C) and select shrink.
  4. According to the size of the files, we could save, choose the size you want to reduce (1000 MB = 1 GB)
  5. right click on the new "unallocated space" and create the Partition. (Name it BACKUP or something)
  6. place all your important files on the new partition, and then, when you reinstall Windows, select the Local Disk (C)
  DO NOT select the Partition you you saved on files.

  I'm sorry but don't know what 'pat film' is. If it is a 3rd party effect/transition, you may have to pay for it.

  And the video transitions in Premiere Pro CS6 and first Pro CC are the same.

  Only difference, several transitions in CS6.

  I don't want the drivers.  I mean the software.  The drivers you get from the page server 2003 and the software from the page I referenced.   Otherwise, you need to contact HP, as they provide that software, not Microsoft.

  Start button > in the search box, type options records > press the Enter key > click on view tab > under files and folders, uncheck "Always show icons, never thumbnails" > OK

  Method #2
   
  Start button > Control Panel > Classic view > systems > left column, system settings advanced > Performance tab, click on settings > tab Visual effects, click 'Show thumbnails instead of icons' > OK
