I tried to install Lightroom5 and Photoshop elements 11 discs purchased on a new computer. Running Win7 64 bit and the two screen installation errors.installation package cannot be opened. Any ideas please? Desperate John.

  However, the initial issue of Chrome being not except by my comp W7.
  I managed to find the location of downloaded programs C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe and went to its properties.
  In run this program as compatible for -
  Chrome has itself identified to XP SP3?
  Why?
  This model came with W7 and was never anywhere close to XP.

  I chose W7 and now well after weeks of faffing.

  Your best bet is to contact the provider of the PC or read the documentation that came with the PC.  It might be the LED offering light failed.  Not typical, but possible.

  Solved! Tried everything in support documents and none of it worked. Frustration massive Adobe Chat staff who knows nothing and just told me to look at the documents of support again and again. They also gave me a phone number in Australia which has a recorde d message saying that the product is not supported! What is everything?

  Finally Adobe technical support Anand called me (from when I have opened the original case of support which gave me the serial number).

  Just had to rename the file SLCache in c:\program (x 86) and again the EULA and reactive. Now everything works fine. Way to hard.

  What is "Adobe XI" - Reader or Acrobat?

  But, "Save as Adobe PDF" is a function of Word, independent of this Adobe software, you have installed.
