I try to connect to the creative cloud on my MacBook Desktop App and sees only a spinning wheel where the application must be open. On a related note, I'm signing CC because I thought that my Lightroom Develop module is disabled. Clues?

  Module development disabled indicates that you use Lightroom which was downloaded from the creative cloud. It cannot be used with a serial number activation. It must be uninstalled, then you can download and install from this link: Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh

  After you make the change, you will be able to start Lightroom normally and continue to work with the catalogue, you have worked with that.

• Lightroom developer module is disabled.

  I bought Lightroom 5 via a download card outright in April 2014 and used it happily until the death of my Windows PC and needed a rebuild.  When I rebuilt it Adobe would only let me install LR via CC as an evaluation version (questionnaires as Trail expired in CC now) which was seemed well as it took my license number and ran OK for 75 days. But today I get off developer Module, please renew membership.  The only options that were presented to me on the site of Adobe or CC invite me to BUY it. IV ' e tried the obvious steps mentioned in the FAQ, but without any result. All the world is falling on it. Any ideas on how to solve this problem.

  Hello

  It seems that something is wrong when FDM tries to connect to HFM.

  You need to understand:
  -To connect with FDM which user are you using
  -Do you use unified or comprehensive as your method of connection (settings of integration)
  -Have you attended a user in the profile of the machine?
  -You entered a domain anywhere?

  The user you are using must have the access rights to HFM. Test it directly in the client.

• Cannot access the Lightroom Develop module more

  My copy of long-standing, personal to Lightroom, I cannot use the Module to develop more.  Now, I get the message: "develop module is disabled.  If please restart Lightroom and connect to the creative cloud. ' Why?  I do not know.  I've never subscribed to the creative cloud.

  The biggest problem is that there is no way to access the creative cloud even if I restart Lightroom.  No CC box does rise.

  I just want to be able to reuse my Lightroom program.

  I would like to share with you the solution that worked for me.

  It's the walkthrough, I followed, guided by Tariq to the live Adobe chat service:

  1: open Activity monitor of spotlight and end partner Adobe all processes. You can find the process as AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, Adobe crash the daemon process.

  2: Open a window in the Finder, select go > go to folder option, type in ~/Library and press to enter.

  3: now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE /... folder.

  4: delete the opm under OOBE.

  5: OOBE and rename it OOBEold.

  6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same place.

  7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.

  8: click on icon on the desktop creative cloud gear application and choose leave Creative Cloud.

  9: then launch, connect, and click on the applications tab.
