  Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) errors are usually associated with the hard disk errors.  The best first approach to solve this problem is to do a complete check of the disk.  The short version of the procedure to follow is:
  Under "My Computer", right click on the C drive :-> properties-> tools (tab)-> 'Check now'
  Check out the options and 'Start '.  He will complain that it cannot do it now and tell you that it will do so at the next startup.  Accept the warning.
  Restart your computer and let it complete the disk check.

  WARNING: This control is performed before Windows starts, can take two hours or more and can not be interrupted.  Do it when you won't need your computer for awhile.  Also, it would be prudent to update your backups before the race.

  During the scan of Spyware, I found the infected file. The anti-spyware application said it didn't have permission to delete.  I tried to remove it from windows Explorer, but didn't have authorization.

  The user has administrator rights; I've also logged on as administrator, but was not yet authorized.

  How can I delete this file?

  Right-click on the file and click on properties, then Security tab and add you with full permissions.  Go to advanced and do the same thing in the secition of special permissions.  Make sure that everyone is not seen denied access (if necessary, change it to allow access or delete the user).  Then, in the advanced go to Ownerand change the owner to yourself.  This should give you the permission to delete the file.  If this is not the case, the file is then inherit the permissions of a top-level folder which is still denied access.  Go to the folder of Tom and do essentially the same thing as above except this time do not forget to check the box to apply the change to all files and subdirectories.  If you get stuck, so try a lower level folder in the path and see if it's enough to give you the rights.

  To solve this problem with folders, folders takeownership or the reader (as an administrator) and give you all the rights.  Right-click on the folder/drive, click Properties, click the Security tab and click on advanced and then click the owner tab.  Click on edit, and then click the name of the person you want to give to the property (you may need to add if it is not there--or maybe yourself).   I think that I have the virus eula.rft... I have about 25 folders with large alpha numberic names and have 27 pieces with 3 file names of the numbers (these are the same names in all 27 files), then the 2 files in each of these files a named EULA and named HotFixInstallerUI.dll, I tried to delete these files and get the "Access denied" response... I downloaded a Trojan Remover of www.simplysup.com that has been proposed for this virus and that did not help and he found no Trojans.  Does anyone have an idea for this old lady who doesn't know too much about what she's doing?  ;)

  Gerry: thank you by subscribing to what I had just decided to do. I replaced the version of SQLite3 dll most recent, and restarted - that did the trick. I suspect it has something to do with Genie Timeline, which installed a recent, but not later, SQLite3.dll version - I installed a few days ago, but haven't configured it yet (it run in the background, tracking the evolution of certain folders, etc.) my external drive has just developed a fault and is replaced! To watch the files I'm trying to remove and wants to check if they have been saved, where the use of SQLite. My wife actually reminded me of this facility, so I'm very grateful to her.
