  Attach the iPad to the computer via the USB cable and open Adobe Content Viewer. In the Folio Builder Panel, select the folio and then choose Preview > Preview on "device name".

  There is no way to do it on Windows.

  Glad to hear that the unit starts trying to print now.  Looks like it's starting to go in the right direction.  With the problems you are having it sounds like this printer may need to have internal firmware back to zero.  I will send the information on how to perform this reset in a private message.  Please check your Inbox for messages in the forums.

  The reset may be able to get the device to begin to work as expected when you print jobs.  As for the print quality, the cartridges may have some ink blocks ports.  Once the printer comes up and functioning more normally I would recommend to continue forward in the document print quality troubleshooting linked above.
