  It seems that your version is not the latest.

  Check help / about... what version it reads.

  It should be 2015. (9.2.0 build 41)

  Otherwise, please update your version via app updates... or cloud in respect of aid.

  You could try to go to the MICROSOFT website, go to KNOWLAGE database and in the search bar, try the search for WINDOWS INSTALLER. Look for any version that is newer than the one you have. If this fails, try searching on GOOGLE. You can also try to do an update to WINDOWS VISTA.

  IF YOU ARE RUNNING 64-BIT WINDOWS, MAKE SURE YOU PRINTER WORKS WITH 64-BIT.

I get an error message that says: I need a full version disc windows genuine, not a disc to upgrade to. When I bought the computer it came with Windows ME preinstalled and there was no disk that came with the machine. When I went to XP apparently, I bought a version upgrade, not the full version. Is it possible to get a cd of microsoft, or download a file, which can help get this another hard drive mounting correctly?
