I upgraded my iPhone and iPad to IOS 9.2. Now my Seagate Wireless Plus can't access my photos on my iPad or iPhone. Someone at - it an answer to this? I contacted Seagate and after a session of 2 hours troubleshooting I was told that my Seagate Wireless search CAMERAROLL. Now the photos does not use the term... He uses all of them. So Seagate Media cannot access the photos to download.

Have you tried to create a folder with the same name and put some pictures in there and see if it works now?
