• I bought Adobe Lightroom, but when I connect, enter the redemption code and then click on download, it's a creative cloud Installer.  I have not bought the creative cloud service, just one single use computer.

  I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code.  And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac).  I have not bought the creative Cloud service, just a reusable software license Lightoom 6.  Is this correct? It doesn't seem to be a way to simply contact Adobe to find out.  I don't want to install the wrong thing

  Please report to us. I don't know the exact specifications. for stills in still, the limit is 4000 pixels in the largest dimension for PrPro.

  Now, I must add that in PS. resizing algorithms are better, in my opinion, than those of PrPro and again. This means that there is nothing to gain and quality of untying, important images much larger than the size of the frame of the project, i.e. of 720 x 480 for NTSC SD projects yet. The size of the image will be the limiting factor, so scratch that.

  Even in projects PrPro, I resize to exactly what I need. If I will not pan on a zoomed image, I resize it to the size of the image of the project. If I move on a zoomed image, I resize just what I need.

  Nothing special to do.

  If you install PSE14 on the same computer, your file/folder structure cannot be changed at all: the catalogues contain no files, only links to their location.

  In the installation process, you will be asked to 'convert' the current catalog of version 11 to 14. A new catalog will be created with the same name as before, with all kept, tags, captions, etc.

  You don't need to write metadata in files: version 11 catalogs information is preserved.

  Two different situations:

  -you install PSE14 in another computer: use the backup/restore process: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/backup-restore-move-catalog-photoshop.html

  -Old catalogues are no longer available, only the photo files: then you re-import your files, and Yes, if you did not write metadata to the files, you cannot recover them. Even if you wrote them, you can retrieve tags, notes, notes and legends, but no batteries, sets of version or creations.

  Note: If you don't know which files are missing "written metadata", you can select all and run this command again. Just need some patience.
