  CS3 (or any other version of the suite) should not cause a problem with cc.

  Uninstall anything cc which might be installed, own cc by use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems, restart your computer and reinstall the cc from here desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

  You must upgrade to a later version of Mac OS X, because these Notes are created in the new application 'Notes' that is only supported by iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan.

• How can I burn a DVD using creative cloud? I have not yet and can't find it anywhere.

  I need to burn a DVD, but everything I read says to use again. I still haven't and can't download anywhere. It should really be a part of Premiere Pro, or at least be part of the creative cloud. I don't understand why Adobe is doing this so difficult. Burn a DVD should be a very simple thing to do.

  Other think that I don't understand, it's computer mu co-labourers, all higher spec even with mine, is not question.

  I was able to update applications on my desktop without any problem, but when I try to do on my laptop, nothing happens. I click the button to update and everything is just sitting there.   "Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.

  first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.

  to find the OOBE:

  Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps

  Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB

  Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
