  You can use Adobe Creative Cloud on your desktop (PC Win) and also on your device (iPad pro).

  Just be sure that PC supports the desktop versions of the apps (desktop applications Adobe Creative Cloud|) Adobe Creative Cloud ) and the iPad device will support mobile applications (Mobile Apps ).

  You can synchronize the work on one of the applications to the course in the library of creative cloud in order to adapt them to another application.

  You were talking about an iPad Pro, did you mean an iPhone? If someone bought a Pro from Verizon iPad on one of their plans and then default Verizon can black list of the device.

  I use my iPad 2 Air and iPad Pro both, every day. I can't find the screen Pro harder to clean than the Air 2. I use the same clothes on both Microfiber, with a little water. I'll put a few drops of water in the center of the screen when laid flat, work-around with the light finger tip pressure suit and then use the Microfiber, finish by wiping in strokes a path across the screen.  Works very well on both devices.

  It seems that it is a result of the update. Other users report it, and I also read that Apple is aware of the problem and working on a fix. Be patient and watch for an update. Some have reported that disabling Java script has worked for them. You need to check yourself.

  Your mobile phone is Mac or PC?

  First of all, you can try to force your iPad to restart. Press the sleep and home for 20-30 seconds. When you see the silver Apple, let go and let it restart and try again.

  If it's a PC sometimes not updated drivers when you update iTunes and you have to convince your computer that you have updated a little. How I do it's too go into Control Panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall iTunes, Apple Mobile Device Service, Apple Application Support. Then redownload and reinstall iTunes and try again.

  If you are on a Mac then I don't think that will help you to the part of add/remove programs. But restarting different strength and a port could.
