I use MSNBC as my home page. Firefox has ceased to accept changes to my local news/weather. He returned back no matter what I do.

I contact MSNBC. They said it's a firefox problem. I have connected via Explorer and WAS able to change and keep my changes. It's piddly but irritating. Believe me the weather in Anchorage (350 miles) is not the same, as in this case. Any ideas?
