I've rolled back to firefox v3.6.19 v5 does not support "no script", "download status bar" or "forecastfox", or at least, I was unable to make them work. V5 is no good IMO.
For the second time in as many months, I had to go back to version 3.6.19 as the new firefox (versions 4 or 5) could not use "no script", 'forecastfox' or 'download status bar '. I hope that mozilla will continue to support the v3.6.19 until my issues have been resolved. Also the after one or two clicks on one of the above extensions on the add-on bar/page v5 caused to hang.

The FireFox 42.0.1 application does not start.
The FireFox 42.0.1 application does not start. I can uninstall and reload FireFox 37.0.2 and that worked, but now when I load 37.0.1 it installs really 42.0.1 that no longer works.
I had to use IE 10 to contact Mozilla.
Year annual should be ashamed of this...
Can you tell me why Mozilla FireFox 42.0.1 installs but won't work?
In addition, why FireFox 42.0.1 install when I try to install 37.0.2?It is possible that your firewall or other security software blocks or limit Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.
Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and allow your firewall to ask permission to get access full and unrestricted, again to install for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

IAM running FF4, my Bank does not support it. They say to use another browser. AMI don't know how to do this. I thought that you can use only one? What should I do to access sites that do not support Firefox 4
You can still install multiple browsers on your PC. Personally, I think it's essential in case one of the browsers does not work, you will have another one to use as a stand-by. You can download IE or Chrome. If you decide to use IE along with Firefox, you can use the IE View add-on that will allow you to open the Web site in Internet Explorer, without closing Firefox:

I have an old DOS box running MS add-on workgroup 3.11. It worked Netbeui for years connecting to a W2K Server with no problems. We have recently updated our server to a new server Win 2008 who now does not support Netbeui. I try to install TCP/IP on the BACK box but have had no luck finding the 16-bit version of the tcp protocol. I can succesfully add battery of 32 bits, but the network card doesn't.Has anyone seen this problem before?original title: network BACK issues

Is this right?

Hi mips,
Yes, 'officially' the vSphere Web Client 6.0 does not support the RHEL6 and requires flash to operate. However the following may be of interest (even if it is for 5.5): KB VMware: cannot open the vSphere 5.5 Web Client in a browser on a Linux-based desktop

In early October, Microsoft forced an upgrade on my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Firefox 49.0.2 continued to operate correctly. Then Firefox 50 arrived, and when the automatic upgrade occurred, Firefox would no longer work. It seems normal on the screen, but it will not look for the website of my saved favorites, and it connects to sites that I identify by entering the url in the address bar. It also doesn't close - to close Firefox, I have to call the Task Manager. I tried to uninstall Firefox 50 and put it back - that does not work. I also tried to uninstall Firefox 49.0.2 completely, restart the computer and then do a fresh install of Firefox 50, but nothing seems to work.
I came back to Firefox 49.0.2 as a temporary measure (disabling the auto update feature), but this isn't a good solution in the long term. What should I do? Wait for Firefox 51? Abandon Firefox?
Help!
If you want to revert to Windows 7, you can.

Your problem may have several causes. Let's start with;
Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but it no longer recognizes your updated as version being approved. Now how do I solve the problem: to allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again.
- Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (for example, you are using the latest version).
- Delete Firefox to list your program of programs approved or recognized. For detailed instructions, see
Configure the firewall so that Firefox can access the Internet. {web link}

I spend at each opening of webex session you transfer files to temporary webex because Firefox 64 is not supported. I don't understand why Mozilla and Webex need to make things difficult for customers not to overcome differences. Should I go back use of considerably older Firefox which is always in 32-bit code? Can I load both Firefoxe versions on the same machine or they will conflict?

The current version of Firefox 42.0 (Win32/Win64) is not older. Firefox 45.0a1 nightly compilations you are testing is in development and not even close release. Release of < beta < Aurora (developers edition) < every night
If you wanted to Win64 Firefox there is a release of 42.0 Win64 Firefox it is, however, not so public on mozilla.org
https://archive.Mozilla.org/pub/Firefox/releases/42.0/Win64/The Win64 Firefox 42.0 has 64-bit Flash Player white listed. The next exit Win64 Firefox 43.0 looks like 64-bit plugin Silverlight will be white listed.
