Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application then go to preferences then sign out and then sign back with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription photographers, that is to say the same e-mail address and password.
Then open Lightroom and go to the Help menu and make sure that it is signed in with that Adobe ID email address.

I paid for a full year, on 24 November. When I connect to my account on the Adobe website, it shows that my creative cloud pass does not expire until next year. So why am I (the last one this morning, 11/29) emails telling me that my subscription has expired and I have to renew it?

I ask of you contact Adobe technical support & get confirmed if the CC can be reactivated or not, if it cannot be reactivated and then a re buy is necessary, technically, it just disconnect & reconnect the desktop preferences CC application.

I have a subscription to the CC since April 2016 here in Germany. I pay a monthly fee through Paypal. Each month, the subscription is supposed to transfer to Adobe.
On 21 may, I received an email from Adobe indicating that there was a problem with my method of their choice of payment.
Visit accounts.adobe.com I saw this:
Even if there is an entry on the lower right side, saying: a Bill was created may 21, there is no entry on the paypal site, saying that the money was sent.
In the Red Panel, it says (in German), "error!" There was a problem with your last payment. Update your details of payment of your service to continue. »
I clicked on the blue link ("update your payment information"). Then I was asked to fill out a form (name, address, etc.).
Then this window will appear:
It is said: "we could not verify your address...". "etc.
On the bottom there are two entries that say, "your registration" (on the left), "suggested address" (on the right side).
I chose the suggested address, then he put me on accounts.adobe.com and it seemed to work as the Panel of red error message was gone.

My subscription has ceased, even I made my last payment on 22.03.2016. My Plan marked as expired. The system is not providing any other solution but only update my payment information, I did. A few days ago there was a problem with my paypal so I was unable to pay my subscription of the CC. Now adobe asked me to update my payment information in order to be able to pay with paypal, but there is a problem with the site. When I click on the link "Edit" next to my paypal email address in the payment details window, there is no reaction to that. It just shows the four squares (loading icon) for a second, but nothing happens. Also the same thing when I click on save. I tried with all web browsers on my computer, but the problem appears in each of them.
