  So, I recently bought a second hand with 10 installed windows laptop.

  After a few days, he stopped working and got 00x0000c14 error at startup.

  It starts well on the desktop, but I can't get the installed network driver and so unable to connect to the internet.

• Made a recovery advanced on old laptop Alienware now, nothing works

  It was really slow and I decided to perform a system restore as nothing else worked on speed and there was nothing (except Microsoft Office), that I wanted to keep. I used the Alienrespawn v2.0 and instead decide on recovery of Microsoft, recommended, I chose the advanced recovery with a backup of everything - I think that I didn't know what was slowing down the computer to transfer to the installation of the factory, ugh.

  Anyway, the laptop is fast now, except that I can't do anything. Windows vista is about all I have but it is not the internet explore so I can't access the internet (there wireless to connect).

And no luck with Quicktime-I downloaded, rebooted and still get the message of plugin for this update. Y at - it another version of Firefox, I can use? Impossible to download all the images to FB and it must be because of Flash. In any case really so frustrated thank you for your help.

  With as old a computer of yours, it's the latest software, you can get. You have to just disable the plugin update notification by going to about: config in the address bar and by searching for "plugins.hide_infobar_for_outdated_plugin". Set it to true.
