If you have a full creative cloud plan, one App or photography to the month then you should be able to cancel using this link: cancel your subscription or membership. Cloud Creative
If you actually have an annual creative cloud full, unique or plan of photography App, then please contact our support team directly.

Student subscriptions are annual and cannot be cancelled on the site I think. You must contact customer service by Chat or phone, but it is possible that you must pay a fee to cancel.
