I want to cancel my membership to CC at first but my account does not allow me nor it does not show that I bought all the products. I am billed monthly. How to cancel it?

Unfortunately I don't remember not what month I bought it, so I do not know when my last month is in place. My account shows I have No subscription or purchase history so I don't have to cancel. I just want to know what to do, where to go or who to contact etc to end my subscription so that I can stop paying monthly for this service because I have more use for creative cloud.
