A single License can only be installed on uptill 2 computers only and yes you can use one at a time . This part of EULA (end user license agreement ) is only applicable for prepetual licenses .
For Creative Cloud subscription , you are able to install the products on two computers and you can use both of them at the same time as well.

License series Adobe Cloud for Windows can be used on MAC?
We have a series of several Adobe Cloud Packer licenses in windows and work very well. We also have a Mac Machine and we did download for this typefaces, but when tryied to use the same serial number, do not accept.I would like to know if we can use the same serial Adobe windows/PC in Mac machines. Should be accept or will need to purchase additional different licenses?

Can I download, activate, and use Adobe Cloud on 2 SSD on the SAME computer?

I have an Early 2009 Mac Pro with two separate disk with operating system drives bootable. A bootable disk drive is for general use. This disc also contains the program Adobe cloud and all downloaded programs. The other (new) disk drive is ONLY dedicated to my audio and video programs and is kept clean and well optimized. However, I still have to download Adobe Cloud on it. So here's my question. Can I store and use Adobe cloud and all its programs on TWO startup disk drives located on the SAME computer? Obviously I can only boot to a hard drive at a time. (Eventually, I'll remove Adobe Cloud & programs on the bootable disc General once I am convinced that everything is installed and configured correctly on the second, devoted by car.)

Number of activations of CC is based on the Machine ID & the Adobe ID, with which it is connected.
So, I think that if the machine ID is same & Adobe ID is same so you can use CC on even 2 SSD from the same computer.
It would be preferable to the expert opinion by contacting the Adobe Support via Contact Customer Care.

Hi my app from adobe cloud tab won't load. I'm not sure what I can do. IV tried to restart my mac and the application.
It seems that the installation has been corrupted. I called sales and asked them to put me through to the support - usually works :-)
They were really good, has returned to my Mac using Join.Me and deleted the old files out and reinstalled - works a dream now!

I see that you have you have a creative with email even cloud as with forums account and some countries such as the Spain.
To order the creative cloud with a credit card the United States, you must have an Adobe ID with United States in your country.
The country store & the Adobe ID, payment details must be same.
For tax reasons, it is not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID. To work around the problem, you can create a new Adobe ID to the e-mail address associated with your existing Adobe ID see the link for instructions:

I tried all the possible solutions of Adobe, but they do not work.
I get the message when the program downloaded Creative Cloud Packager try to settle.
Network problems can prevent the verification of installers downloaded during the installation process.
- When this error occurs, leave it on the screen (by clicking on the cancel button will remove the downloaded files).
- Navigate to C:\Users\[User name] \App Data\Local and find a folder of application that is installed. For example, if you try to install the creative cloud Packer, look for a folder named "Creative cloud packer."
- Copy this folder and paste it in another location or at the same place with a name change.
- You can now click on the Cancel button, this will remove the original download.
- Open the copy of the folder you just created and run the Setup.exe file to install the application.

Where to find the serial number Adobe Cloud student/teacher added?
Hi all
I bought adding Adobe Cloud student-to-teacher and accompanying adobe products last year. I had about a year, with payments to be made. Shortly after I finished the payments, my computer fried.
I bought a new one and there seems to be no way for me to find a serial number or re - download the file for my products?
Is this a normal problem?
I'm running on a Lenovo Edge 2 and uses Windows 10.
Any help at all would be appreciated!

Some general information for a subscription of cloud
Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Change the installation by Adobe CC app language
can you please make it more complicated to choose a language for an application?
It was easy in the past to just choose the language when you use offline installation programs (now deleted).
im sure that there are some software engineers from adobe who could find ways to make it more complicated.
for example, I like to use photoshop in English, my friend likes to use indesign in German.
in the past, we could just install and choose the language directly in the installation program.
It was kind of boring, make more difficult installation process!
you did a good job with the new CC versions. new error messages I've ever seen appear during installation.
the removal of the installation offline programs helped to improve the user experience.
especially in areas where the bad internet connection that really helped to include people in the "process".
or when administrators need to deploy adobe software on many systems offline, it's great that let you them use your tools to create their own installation packages (they don t have enough to do these IT guys) instead of using the offline installation programs we had for 25 years.
but I'm sure you can create a bigger mess.
