  I have a problem with an unused iCloud account. The account that I use on all my devices is a @me.com and it also shows the @icloud.com.   So I tried to log on iCloud with the apple ID gmail, but it is not possible that this account has not been created on any of my devices. Is it possible to get rid of this apple ID and add the primary gmail on my apple ID address? Recovery email will be sent to this address, so I would like an address there that I have access to.

  Welcome to the Apple community.

  You cannot delete Apple ID. If you cannot use your gmail address use a different address or an alias of that address.

  Why did you do that? If it shows the State of activation lock as off, then put it in recovery mode and DFU mode and restore iOS using iTunes.

  You can disconnect to iCloud by going to Preferences-> iCloud-> Sign Out System. use iCloud is not required, so you can stop using it if you do not need.

  Settings/iCloud and existing sign of your Apple ID and then connect you with new Apple ID. This should give you a different drive than associated iCloud to your identifying existing.
