I want to download music from my cd to iCloud on my Mac.

I want to get my original MP3s on my Mac. I copied audio files from a CD into iTunes years ago. They were MP3s of books I bought in the bookstore, not just any online service.  I think they have been downloaded to iCloud when I bought iTunes game. Now, somehow on my Mac, all say "the original file is missing" but they will play back on Mac, so I think that they are streamed from iCloud. I want to get back to my Mac mp3 files. On my iPhone, they were streaming, but I was able to download back on the iPhone, there are here now. How can I get back to my Mac iCloud mp3 files. I can't find the original CD more.  Thanks for any help.

I need to update my question.  In fact, the files DO NOT play in iTunes on Mac.  They all have "!" before their name and when you try to play it says, the song "Track 01" UMBD1 couldn't be used because the original file cannot be found. You want to locate?  There is no way to locate it on Mac because the files have been deleted.  However, it was possible to download each of the missing files on my iPhone. If the files exist in the cloud. How can I get go them cloud on my Mac OR my iPhone to my Mac?
