I want to get rid of notification downloads. I won't use Firefox if I can't get rid of the pesky "downloads notification window" popping up all the time. What a pain in the browser!

  In the meantime, you can try to follow the following suggestions to solve the problem.

  Step 1: See the link to start in safe mode to start Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services to check if the popup appears in safe mode.

  Startup options (including safe mode).

  Step 2: If you are able to use the computer without pop ups in safe mode, I suggest you perform the clean boot because your system in a clean boot state can identify if all parties third party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must follow the steps in the article mentioned below to perform a clean boot. See the link to perform the clean boot.

  Nevermind, I figured it. There may be better ways to do this within the Muse, but it worked for me:

  To http://www.google.com/fonts , I chose a 'test' (Titillium) font family with 11 styles and added to my collection. (This 'collection' will be temporary, since it is only for a single page in Muse). Google web fonts are also FREE.

  Then to the link 'use' Google 11 styles belonging to the family, I chose two weights (200 and 600), each with an extra italic style (200italic and 600italic) - total 4 squares.

  Under 'add this code on your site,' I copied the line of code here and Muse: Page > Page Properties > metadata > "HTML for.""> pasted this code and click OK." You can do a "collection" to Google fonts, or if you're like me and that you change your mind at all times, you can also paste each new piece of code for the fonts to be added below the last one. This can be done globally in Muse; This must be done page by page.

  There is no way to do it on Android in Firefox or another browser. Adobe doesn't have a browser plugin for Adobe Reader.

  Sometimes, a window is "off the screen" somehow. Often, you can force it to appear on the screen by right clicking on the thumbnail image just above the taskbar and choose expand. Does it work?

  A possible cause for this is that the file that stores the positions and sizes of window is corrupt.

  #1 method: If you can get a zoomed window:

  Open the settings folder (AKA Firefox profile) current Firefox help

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
  • (menu bar) Help > troubleshooting information
  • type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter

  In the first table of the page, click on the view file"" button. This should launch a new window that lists the various files and folders in Windows Explorer.

  Here you can see a folder - in this case, double-click that - or more than one case - in this case, double-click on in what looks like the most recently updated.

  Scroll down and rename xulstore.json to something like xulstore.old. If you see a file named localstore.rdf, rename this to localstore.old.

  When I run firefox it normally ask my master password. That's fine, I put a master password for me, but now when I go to enter it and press OK nothing happens.   Reset my master password with this method does not resolve the problem. Once I put a master password, yet once I have the same problem as before. The password that appears when Firefox is started does not accept my password.

  Edit: I have it solved. An add-on using the master password should be put back.

  Given that you have reactivated the BES. Fact you restore the backup first and then turn on the BES. If you have completed what you can has erased some of the infromation on the BES activation.
