  I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW.   Please try searching for the file, the computer if you have changed the location of the file to disk/drive/folder to others. You made the .muse file backup. Muse of Adobe will not be able to recover lost files unfortunately.

• Site Web de Muse appears with blank Pages after download

  Since the new update of Muse (2015.2) when I have "export to HTML" and then download by FTP Web pages appear blank. Only by pressing the update, within the browser, the page load. It's very random, happens to some people and not others, happens on some pages, but not others, and occurs in all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari and even tested in Explorer). Things I've tried (after browsing the Muse Forum) but no solution to the problem:

  -Fresh export as HTML

  -Remove all the files existing in the FTP and reloaded as a new folder

  -Downloaded using fetch and also tired FileVilla

  -We use the right directory

  -Check and change permissions

  -Loading of the site on a Windows and Linux server

  -All files are downloaded from Muse, nothing is missing

  -Called the host, and they said no problem on the end there and it seems to be a developer/coding problem.

  The only thing that I had changed since the last export and download has been turned off of the edition In-Browser and update to the latest version of Muse. I use this same Muse site for 4 years now (Yes, while it was in beta) never meeting this problem so far.

  Here's the (exported since the last version of Muse) site with the problem:

  Zac asked I download my site (for a test subfolder) and send the

  file "require.js" in the folder scripts by e-mail.

  Comparison between the two, he noticed that the file on the site was not

  I recommend to repeat the download process and putting in "Upload: all files".

  in the download dialog box. Or, if you are uncomfortable with an FTP application,

  overwrite the file require.js on the server with the one created when

  you exported to a local folder. »

  so I opted to "export as html" in a local folder, then use a

  application of different ftp download site (this time I used filezilla)

  Once downloaded the entire site appeared as if by magic

  I do not know who to choose - whether HTML5 canvas or ActionScript 3.0 - in order to have the animations run smoothly on the browsers (while not giving users to pop-up messages to modernize their plugin to see my animations).

  If not, is there a way that I could use Edge animate to do the job? For example, you could import the flash animations in Edge animate and then import the edge Animation in Dreamweaver?  If I do this, the animations will work without problem most of the time, regardless of the type of plugin users can have?

  the decision on whether or not to use html5 is based if you want mobile phones without flash (like ios devices) to 'see' your Web site.

  If you want to use html5, you can use flash or an edge.

  If you build the website on your macbook at home:

  1. If you have not yet done so, create a folder on your computer "Mywebsite" (or another name).
  2. Copy to this folder the .muse file you saved Adobe Muse.
  3. Also in this folder, copy all images that you referenced when you developed your web site. (note: Dmuse ear development team: would be great to have a 'package' of Muse, similar to InDesign function that collects all the assets in a single folder ;-)) )

  Once you have all the required files in a spot, you can:

  • Copy the USB folder as a way to transfer on your work computer, OR
  • Copy the folder to your folder of creative cloud on your laptop at home, and then once the folder is synchronized (green check mark):
    1. Right click on the file in the folder of creative cloud and choose CC > collaborate. Enter the e-mail address associated with your job ID Adobe and send invitation
    2. The next time you connect to your work computer, open the desktop application Cloud creative (menu bar on Mac), or the taskbar on the victory. The upper part of the application displays a marker with "Requests", click on "applications" and you will be able to see all applications for collaboration and can then click on "accept". This will start a synchronization with the file that you placed in the folder of creative cloud at home and download all the files, so you can continue working on it.

  You cannot import files in Muse from a remote server because you can only open the .muse file in Muse. If you host your site on Business Catalyst, you can take advantage of the change in the browser. Changes to aid in the browser edition on the site of BC, will be included in your corresponding muse site.   Have you changed email address 'From' for Notification Workflow emails on your site?

  I checked and found [email protected]. Please change this e-mail to one of your own.

  Also, I see you are using @yahoo.com e-mail to default "From" e-mail on your site. You can find it in the Site Manager > email system. Please change this e-mail to a non-yahoo email.
