I contacted Adobe support. I can only downgrade 1 version back. for example DC back to XI. cannot go back to V10. Third party software does not yet support DC. They argue that the worm 8 and 9. But my test shows 10 worm works as well

If your don't see preferences then may not be connected on the creative application of cloud, please check and confirm if you see a window for you to connect on the app if yes go ahead and this after click applications once it loads after that, click the gear icon and select Preferences.

Neither. Firefox for Android and Firefox for Android Beta are two completely separate applications. Beta installation with the installed version will not overwrite the installation of your release, it does not level the installation of your release. There will be an app Firefox and a Firefox Beta app on your list of apps.

Firefox starts or uninstall using any method suggested. I want to install the latest version.
Firefox worked just fine. Now when I try to launch it I get the message "Unable to load XPCOM" and it does not start. I tried to uninstall the usual way via Control Panel etc. and nothing happens. Thanks a lot for your suggestions which I followed carefully. However, when I tried to install the new version 25.1 I received a message saying 'Cannot create temp file' or words to that effect and could not go further. At that time there my enthusiasm for Firefox evaporated and I decided that I have much better to do with my time and, unfortunately, I can't live without Firefox.

The automatic update keeps eager to download and install the same 5 updates daily. These 5 updates are KB979909, KB982168 KB982524, KB983583, KB2418241. I looked at the log of update and it showes them already installed. This has happened since November. What can I do?

This problem may occur because of corrupted content of the Software Distribution folder.
Rename the software file Distribution try to access the Windows Update site again.
How to rename the software D folder in Vista - distribution agent version

Double-click on Services
