  Hold down the CTRL key while clicking on contacts to select more than one at a time.
  Hold down the CTRL everything to drag and drop to copy instead of move. A plus sign to indicate the copy.

  You can take a screenshot using the command, shift and 4 keys and drag the icon in the shape of cross on the area. When you release the mouse button, an image is saved to your desktop.

  QuickTime Player 10 allows to record the screen if you want to capture the movement.

  You can 'Tools - Export' address book selected in a ".csv" or ".txt" file

  You can use 'Notepad' to edit the file, BUT... Not easy to align data.

  Better to use a spreadsheet. I used a txt file and open the file with Calc - part libreoffice (a free Office Suite) as a file delimited by tabs. The spreadshhet captured all the data into columns. (another spreadsheet programs should work also work.)

  You can remove columns you don't need. Or a more experienced user could control entry to only some of the columns.

  List can be sorted, edited, saved or printed.

  From any of your address books, you can just whitelist people. Go to Hamburger-> Options-> account-> [account] settings-> junk e-mail settings, to enable adaptive junk mail for this account controls and check address books you want from a whitelisted addresses.

  When I was on a website and I tried to print a page, it allows to be a tab that says "FIREFOX" in the upper left corner of my screen, I could click on that tab and I had several options, one was "print" and "print preview". I could then choose to print all or part of an article and adjust it to what I wanted to print. I don't have this tab in the upper right corner. A tab for "open menu" is now in the upper right corner, however, in this menu is only a button 'print '. There is no option for "print preview" and so I can't address that I want to print. I could also adjust margins, etc. of a tab from the view, I can not find too. I really hope there are always options and how I find, where are they located?

  Not sure whether you're El Capitan (as in your hardware profile) or Yosemite (the forum in which you posted) but the two versions of Contact are similar. In the dialog box print box is an option for 'Style' that includes "lists".

  

  By default, it can not show that lists so use the drop down menu to change it.
