I want to restore / recover «msn.exe"that had been removed when running MS «Autocare» product

I tried "System Restore" to no results. I googled a lot of different combinations of questions. Dozens of typical questions of MS has been no help, not even close!

Go to start, control panel and click on Add / Remove programs.

In the new window, the left pane, look for Add/Remove Windows components. Click on that and then look for the MSN. Click the check box to add or remove.

If it's broken, you might try removing it, restart your machine and then through the same procedure to reinstall.
