  Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.  Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

  Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

  I upgraded my computer, adding a second hard disk for a new operating system and kept the old drive as a data disc. I assumed that I could install Firefox on the new disk and import my favorites from the old installation of Mozilla on the old disk. I can't find the files on the old drive with my favorites. They're still here, or when I reinstalled Firefox, I lost everything even if it was on another drive? I can't find the backup on the old disk files and want to restore my old favorites. Is it possible to do this?

  You must find your profile folder in the old drive, the way in which must be:

  1. First display the hidden files and folders:
     • http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Wi.../Show-hidden-files
  2. Then go to:
     • < old drive >: \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles \Users\ < username >
  3. Enter in your profile, and then enter the folder bookmarkbackups .
  4. Copy the latest file from json (backup of bookmarks)
  5. Then restore from them:
     • Restore backup bookmarks or move them to another computer

  I sent some photos from my phone to my ymail account. I can't open the image and save it to the picture library.

  I suppose that you use the provided Mail application and you're talking about saving the image on your PC in Windows 8.  If so, click on the email to show.  Click on (or type) on the picture and you should see 3 options: open; Open with; and save.  Click on save and you will be presented with a dialog box to choose the location to save the image.

  AFAIK there is no dedicated updates, just the installer for the new version.

  (although 6.0 / CC came out it shows up here, but are there some 5.7 5.7.1)

  Another way is to use creative cloud Setup to get the latest version.

  In previous versions of Lightroom there is no problem in sending pictures. I've just upgraded to CC and my gmail and yahoo email accounts will not validate with selected password. They validate with no chosen password, but still pictures are not sent. Tried many suggestions that were on the Web without success. Suggestions?

• "12 items" and layers do not work.  I send photo of Lightroom 5 to 12 items and can NOT use LAYERS.  No problem with the '10 things' what can go wrong? With the help of MacBook Air.

  I use a MacBookAir.  I send a photo from Lightroom 5 to 12 items and appears in the photo, BUT when I press "Layers" (bar at the top on the screen), ALL THE CHOICES (for example, "duplicate layer") are 'whited out' and none of them pressing results in NO ACTION.  In other words, I'm IMPOSSIBLE the ELEMENTS of USE IN LAYERS 12.     All have worked (and STILL works) fine to 10 items.  Something fundamentally wrong, but I don't know what!  ANY IDEAS?   There are two possibilities

  (1) you are using a 16-bit/channel image - go to Image-> Mode-> 8 bits/channel

  (2) you are not in Expert mode - click Expert top

  O you are trying to copy the images on memory card?

  You can follow this step. (Assuming that you have not tried to copy the pictures)

  1. connect the memory card to your computer.

  2. memory card will be recognized by the computer.

  3. navigate to the location where the images are stored.

  4. you can either copy and paste images or drag the photos on the memory card.
