  Usually administrator rights often have to install a program, but not necessarily run. When you install the program, it should install for all users.

  If not you can try to install the program on the standard user account. When you run the install file, you'll want to right-click on the file and say that it is running as an administrator when doing so, you will need to enter your password.

  After installation, the program should always be able to be used on the standard account and should not require administrator rights.

  I am trying to use Svg graphics, that I created in Illustrator as buttons to a Menu in a site of Muse. I would use 3 different graphics, one for each State. (that's 3 flies different SVG for each Menu item.

  Each of the 4 States can be different

  

  Select the State you want to change (by clicking on it) then set its filling, stroking etc as you like

  

  PS, svg is useless because most of the browsers it will show under jpeg or png anyway, but you can "fill" a State with a photoshop PSD file to achieve the effect of having more than one layer
