  Why do they want to buy version 12? Just because the facilities on version 14 does not by default for crops I want that is 9 "x 6" with 300 dpi.

  If it does not display when you restart your computer and restart ps, you can check the date of installation in the installation directory.

  I always get trial period on my adobe apps on my mac.

  I read through a lot of different ways to stop this... remove files in OOBE or something, logout, signature etc etc etc.

  I did everything and its STILL saying I'm in trial period. I'm slowly losing the will to live. Surly, when you buy it you should have by no means go and remove all files, it should just work errrrmmmmm?

  Your applications can be closed, but the processes are still present. End it in Task Manager / activity monitor.

  But you can only use it as a trial for a limited time unless you do not provide a serial number to activate the product.

  1. You receive an error message when the update installs?
  2. You are able to install some other updates on the computer?
  3. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
  4. You have security software installed on the computer?

  Method 1

  I suggest that reset you the Windows Update components by default and then try to install the update.

  If the previous step fails then I would suggest that you manually download and install the update on the computer.

  Click on the link below and download Adobe application manager.

  Once installed, double-click the icon Adobe application manager Desktop.

  Just to confirm, can I ask you if you try to install Creative Cloud app inorder to download InDesign?

  You are using Windows or Mac computer, please also specify the version.

• I can only install a trial version of the LR5, although my license key is a registered product.

  With Lightroom, I can only choose 'Try' under 'Apps' in the creative cloud, which does not seem to recognize the LR5 key recorded, even if I am logged in with the same email address.

  You must get rid of the creative cloud application manager, and you must get rid of Lightroom. The creative cloud version does not have a serial number. It depends on your Adobe ID and password in Adobe. After uninstalling Lightroom, you can download from the following location and install this trial version:

  Adobe - Lightroom: For Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1

  After you install the trial splash screen will appear and there is an option to indicate that you have a serial number. Choose that option and you will be able to enter your number.

  There is no free subscriptions to the creative cloud. There is a trial subscription that you can use for 30 days. But when it gets to end programs no longer work and you no longer have access to the cloud to create Adobe.

  If please go to search at the top right of the Web of Adobe Type creative cloud site and click Download a free trial version.

  

  Proceed to download.

  Once this is done the Creative Cloud Desktop App will launch and you must sign in and after that you can install the trial in the applications menu on top of Creative Cloud Desktop App

  

  If there is still a mention please problem the operating system you are using. Maybe you can try to check if the creative Application of cloud is installed then uninstall it and try to install again.
