When can I solve this problem?
I think a lot of that has to do with laws in countries that are not currently supported. All countries have their own laws when it comes to things such as subscriptions online etc. I don't think there's a technical reason any that some countries have been omitted. From my understanding it really comes down to work within the laws of the country. I am not a lawyer and certainly do not know the laws, but it's just what I heard.
