Hi - I recently bought a new iMac. I have a design Premium cs5 recorded which is an upgrade - I have no disk for cs4 but the qualifying serial number for it. I installed cs5 via download on my iMac, but it does not accept the serial number. If anyone can help. Anyone who thinks that Adobe will lose a lot of customers with no chat or calling users cs5 support?

I didn't mail in three days on my desktop computer. It keeps asking for my password for aol, but will not accept it. My password has not changed, but it does not accept it. On all my other devices, the mail comes, and the password is accepted.

As is the case with many email providers, AOL may have made some changes at their end. The usual troubleshooting step is to delete this email account > then add it back back

the new Win7 disc replacement does not accept the case key
Our dv6 - 2173cl end is more the boot, the "freeze" while showing the wallpaper with the taskbar 'framework' as well as the Start button, the HP logo button and the Date/time. Defective hard drives the check HP tools with 90772-50e656-xd0021(7? wrote down in a bit of a hurry, sorry)-6ou103 error code. Since the reader would also not 'take' the restoration attepmts (so the HP tools) we thought that a new disc has been a given. Fast forward... Now with the new drive in and a new Win7 install (no recovery disk, yes we know) the facility does not accept the key from the sticker on the bottom of the case and Yes Win7 is Home Premium on old and new. So now, what do we do to get active Windows?
I found that if you enter the key during installation and enter the key during activation of this always accepts it. Always works for me when I do a clean install of Windows 7 on client computers.

A little update just for your information. 2 days and 5 calls later (I needed to technical management, through the population of Activation - no direct number so sometimes the transferred call didn't work!) I now have a version of Windows active :) work
However the question turns out to be that my legitimate version (package and all disks of good mine) and it's legitimate keys used did not match exactly.
The unused key was for a version of Windows 7 Edition product update Home Premium to Windows 7 Pro, so that's why it did not work on the new facility I was trying.
I contacted the seller amazon to let them know about this problem as it is possible that there is a lot that is perhaps not entirely legitimate.
Once again thanks to the MVP here and people I talked on the phone before this is resolved, I suspect that this could become a problem growing with Windows 7, as people are not super keen on 8 and 7 is a solid BONE with a little support left? So even if you pay a rate of 'good' for your Windows 7 disks, be aware that you can not get exactly what you expected, and maybe it would be nice if MS has always sold direct to counter this kind of question?
