  I understand that you have tried to add Shockwave Flash for Firefox and are prompted to update, but when you're from the support site and submitted your question came a lot of text boxes and many were submitted. I also understand when you logged on to the Site from Adobe there are two problems:

  According to the information provided and the screenshot, the volume icon that appears on the screen is the result after pressing the Volume button on the keyboard. First, open the charm of settings , click on "change settings of the PC", then accessibility > Other Settingsand change the length of time to display the notifications to in the drop-down list box. This will reduce the amount of time that remains the notification on the screen. If this does not resolve the issue, go further.

  To remove the icon of volume you can press the volume button on the keyboard again. This work of keyboard keys based on the drivers provided by the manufacturer, I beg of you download and install the latest version of the drivers for the keyboard to solve this problem.
