  Usually, when you uninstall a program, all files other than the game save files, customizers, or similar are deleted automatically, and those who are 'left' files are usually readily identified you can manually delete directory.

  If you did an upgrade and not a clean install, they must remain on your drive. Do a search of *.jpg, *.jpeg and see what you get. If I remember correctly, you will have a folder windows.old that they appear in. You can use Windows Explorer if you want to look in your records in the Windows.Old directory.

  If you are referring to uninstall/remove windows update, I rather not suggest it making. All windows updates are needed for your copy of Windows to function properly. How Microsoft's release of Service Packs that contain all previous updates. You could do a clean reinstall and you start from the last service pack.

  I recommend however miss the Disk Cleanup Wizard that will clean all temporary files from Windows Update. To run this:
