  I have windows 7 pro 64-bit. Something happened between Saturday night and Sunday, and I'm very worried that this is the result of piracy.

  So I debug this program that basically checks whether a student has passed or failed a number of tests.  The code is structured to copy the information from the 'active in the students' table a 'history of the student' table before deleting the information in the table 'active students.  However, the code seems to be ignored the query that copies the information and moves straight to the query that removes the information.  I'm just at a loss to understand why a request might be ignored.  This literally right next to each other in code, queries are incorporated in the cfif statement.  Initially, I guess that I am simply asking what in the world would cause a query to be ignored, but not the query located directly underneath.  Thanks for any help!

  I have a strange problem. I have a Logitech M305 mouse on another machine which is too slow scrolling on Web pages. I ordered a new mouse, but today I noticed the old mouse normally scroll in text documents, even though the text document is displayed in Firefox (such as the "subject: config" page).

  Normally, a page will scroll 3 lines for each click of the mouse wheel.
  On Web pages, it changes and it takes 3 clicks of the mouse wheel to get the page to scroll.

  It is troubling to move the mouse wheel and don't have anything happen until the third click.

  So the question is, what would make the mouse wheel behave differently on the Web pages and pages of text, and how can I solve this problem?

  BTW, this is a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit. I use the same exact type of install now on another machine with a mouse Logitech M510 and normally scrolls on all pages.

  OK, a final report on this issue. Yesterday, before installing the new mouse M325, I decided to uninstall the Logitech SetPoint software. I wanted a new installation of the software for the mouse to go with the new mouse.

  To my surprise, after the set point has been uninstalled the old mouse M305 scroll normally on pages of text and Web pages. It seems that something mysterious happened in the relationship between Firefox and the original installation of set point. Firefox made some adjustments or updates of its own regarding record just as it does for modules, I saw it happen a couple of times before. /shrug

  New mouse + set works perfectly with FireFox now and the old mouse M305 + setpoint is now works well with an old laptop XP Pro, at least as long as the button pop-up gimpy holds.

  Solution, in this case: uninstall the Logitech SetPoint mouse software, and then reinstall a new copy of it.

  I need help with a problem of double-sided printing that occurs only with a document created in InDesign, and then turned into a PDF Acrobat file. It is a simple single page 3, paper 8.5 x 11 with nothing weighs on the marges.5. I went to print it out on my Epson Stylus 7620 duplex, but it does not print correctly. It is printing page 1 on a single sheet of paper without even attempting to add the second page. Then it prints the third AND second double-sided pages. I looked to make sure that there is no box "print separate cover page" checked. I also made sure 'normal pages order' has been selected and not reversed. I checked to make sure that nothing was hanged on the page which may cause the printer to that there is an additional page between pages 1 and 2. I turned the document to Adobe PDF (for InDesign), but the PDF did the same thing. It prints 2-3 as a double-sided pages and page 1 on one page on a single sheet of paper. Obviously, I want 1-2 pages to print double-sided and 3 of the page into a single page. I called Epson, but they said that because other documents are printing correctly, it is not a printer problem, but Adobe software / printer box question, very probably in the InDesign document. I can't find. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Can someone help me with this?

  We have inherited LabVIEW code.  The original code was used to create an executable that calls TestStand that has in turn VI modules in its sequence.  When you run the original code, the LabVIEW development platform is not open.  Everything is good and clean.

  The new code causes LabVIEW log, such as observed by seeing the icon on the task bar and seeing the splash screen when you click on it.  If it is closed, it causes Active-X errors and the program fails.  If it is left alone, the program runs properly until it is closed at the end, when LabVIEW appears an "unrecoverable internal error: ThEvent.cpp, line 236.

  My investigation has revealed that some screws must have been published after their initial application was built.  The additional complication is that these screws are not the project, but are called dynamically.  I have difficulty the complainant screws (path changed, necessary to be saved, etc.), but that has not solved the problem.

  But...

  When I put all the code back in and then go back to edit the file, Flash Builder exterminates in a sort of permanent and irrevocable while I comment on all the code to make it work again...

  I tried to export, delete, import to reset the project, but the problem is recurring.

  Then...

  It is clear that I wrote something in my .mxml file that sends Flash Builder in an infinite loop of godawful or another dead end, but I'm at a loss to say what, as it is very MXML very base and direct without (far as I can tell) something unusual... and I've been professional programming with Flex for a number of years and built some _big_ Meanwhile applications...

  If someone has experienced something similar? Any ideas what I could do?

  Somehow, I had marked "Enable design mode" and the designer was attempting to make a wide range of custom controls that she had no idea what to do with.

  I think, I _may_ have tried the design mode for about five minutes about five years ago and decided it wasn't for me... If so, this opinion still stands.

  I have "Enable design mode" Unflagged and suddenly everything plays well again.
