Like many other users, I see no. REAL OPTION to cancel my annual subscription captivate. I try to cancel by "account management, I wonder to make contact. I try to contact someone, I never get any phone or chat options on the page - contrary to what is indicated. Just a loop and looks of pages and linke resume me contact, support and conditions... This is absolutely unacceptable! What do you expect to solve this, a class action?

I tried my darnest to cancel my membership.
My card info is not updated, so I assumed that I would not be charged more, but that doesn't stop you not (appearently) to send a Bill to my account.
I don't want to pay this Bill, because I do not use the product, and I would stop all payments in the future. I expect that creative cloud payment stops as soon as I had no reduction in school, but no, I had an extra 1000 on top of the previous sum.
Fix aswell thingy 'stop subscriptions' while you're there also. I could never be a user if it is darn complicated to get by.
