I would like to know how our organization can recover the license information when electronic mail set up to order the license has been removed and the person retired, please?

We are a school in Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) with Rosetta to Photoshop CS.

We would like to upgrade the operating system to a newer version, but we are unsure of our status as a license to this product.

The person who held the access on behalf of Adobe has retired and their email address has been removed. We don't have access to this email account.

How can we assign a new Member of staff on our behalf in order to determine what licenses we have and how we can buy new licenses for all additional Apple computers to add to the network.

I tried to navigate the support area, but I found I was going in circles and the titles and descriptions listed did not address our problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Keith

Ok... I'll accept that YOU're doing your job, and that others are incompetent or lying to cover up the fact that they did not do their job
