  I would like to know why I have so few restore points (7) when I got the computer for many months.  My last restore point was on 07/02/13 and have a total of 3 automatic restore Points.  With my previous version of Windows XP, I used to get a calendar that shows the many restore points for the month, and at least one System Restore Point otherwise every day at all the two days.  I don't know what the problem is or how to fix.  I have 10% of my hard drive allocated to the restoration of the system, and I am running Windows 7 Home Preium Version.

  If your application is set to French so the application should not appear in the list at all.  Very strange.  Try this please:

  • Open Desktop creative cloud application.
  • Go gear icon Menu > Preferences
  • Go to the creative cloud tab
  • Change the language of the App for "English (North America)
  • Press the back button to return to the list of applications

  Does anyone know why audio keyframes do not work in PE13? I put in a track audio and changed levels, but audio playback remains constant. Oddly enough, even the level of volume (in settings-> Volume slider) moves from top down during playback of the clip. But the same audio output is completely unaffected. Weird.

  On what computer operating system is your first items 13 running? Have you updated to the 13 to 13.1 yet? If this isn't the case, please do.

  Assuming you are not a misinterpretation of the workflow for keyframing property of volume at the level of the timeline or tab/adjustments volume pallet/expanded, please remove the file Adobe Premiere elements Prefs (configuration file). For the elements first 13/13.1 on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit

  and in the folder 13.0 is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the 13.0 the folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks enabled so that you can see the full quoted path.

  My hotmail does not work. Nothing happens when I try to open a new one or to read the emails. Nothing happens when I try to open one on tabs on the left as the Envoy or undesirable. I know for a fact that this is not my computer because I tried it on my own computer, but also a computer at school. It is not my network because I tried at home (in PG County) and school (in Baltimore). It is not my safety, because obviously, the security of my computer and the computers of the University are different. This problem started all of a sudden. I hope I can fix this quickly because this is my professional email and if I end up not being able to read emails from prospective employers, I will be very angry.
