  I would like to know why I have so few restore points (7) when I got the computer for many months.  My last restore point was on 07/02/13 and have a total of 3 automatic restore Points.  With my previous version of Windows XP, I used to get a calendar that shows the many restore points for the month, and at least one System Restore Point otherwise every day at all the two days.  I don't know what the problem is or how to fix.  I have 10% of my hard drive allocated to the restoration of the system, and I am running Windows 7 Home Preium Version.

  If your application is set to French so the application should not appear in the list at all.  Very strange.  Try this please:

  • Open Desktop creative cloud application.
  • Go gear icon Menu > Preferences
  • Go to the creative cloud tab
  • Change the language of the App for "English (North America)

  Hello!  If Dell sent you a replacement HARD drive, you have to send it back as the old HDD becomes the property of Dell.  They refer to the manufacture for diagnosis and testing for future products.  Technically, you can keep the old HDD, but Dell will charge you for him and he can score your account in which they can ask that future repairs are made by a technician on site if you have this warranty package or you may be forced to send your computer using the guarantee, if it happens in the future.
