  As far as I know, Toshiba offers a few changes of BIOS options and is not also a part of the BIOS updates.

  What kind of problems you have with dual boot?
  What is preinstalled on your computer? Post please some info on exact OS install.

  You must define a site in Dreamweaver and need to set up your FTP server. One for that, you can connect with the FTP server where your FrontPage is loaded and you can get the copy of the said locally.

  Resize your window by clicking Restore button (or the - and the X in the upper right corner of the window) and drag the window to the where you can see the "print" key.  You can also minimize the window and drag it around.

  Another thing you can do is to hold the CTRL key and press the letter P.  It still works.

  I think you want to change the installation location of the CC apps.

  Please launch the desktop creative cloud application > click the gear on the top icon right > select preferences > under the creative cloud section, you can specify the installation location.

  Your camera is more recent than your software for many years.  To open the ORF of the EM10II you need ACR plugin 9.2 which host needs a PSE14 or newer.  You can buy 14 items here: http://www.adobe.com/products/catalog/software.html

  I use SOA 11 g and Jdev 11.1.1.3 for development. I created a human with two results (APPROVE, REJECT) and task able to display the page the task details in the BPM list. I have the comments of default section that comes by 'Auto generation of ADF Taskflow' in the Task Details page. This comments section will display the comments of several users who have access to the task. I want to add validation for the field of comments as below-
  
  (1) to DISMISS the action, we must check whether or not the APPROVER had provided the reason for REJECTION in the comments field. If this isn't the case, we need to display a popup asking him to provide observations of REJECTION.
  (2) on the action to APPROVE, no need to check for comments, so no validation is necessary.
  
  Can someone give me some ideas how it is possible.

This means that if you got your certification Sys Amin before the obligation of running training, your certification will fill always the prerequisite.

  What about the next version of certification: in general, Oracle no training required for upgrades, so if you have the Solaris 10 version of certification (if you completed or not training), you will be allowed to upgrade to the new version with no training requirment. However, training is strongly recommended to help better prepare to review and also to better prepare for their role.
