  The good news is, since you have find my iPhone, they will not be able to reuse the phone even if they are trying to restore. Unless they know your password, or you have a valid proof of purchase AGFI won't be deleted.

  I definitely want to be able to sync my devices with iTunes.  There is a lot of content, I have only in iTunes on my computer.  We can check things.

  Since you mentioned having Mac OS X 10.6.8 which is going to be the reason why you see the message to update iTunes.  OS X 10.8.5 or newer is required for the latest version of iTunes, iTunes - download iTunes - Apple12.4.1.

  For that you can see if your Mac is able to pass freely to El Capitan, the latest version of OS x: update of OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

  Or if your Mac meets the requirements, you could buy a Mountain Lion, the necessary minimum version, download the Apple.com site code: Mountain - Apple OS X Lion

  I have seen the other question that has been locked and pointed to this topic. Firefox reset should solve this problem. It takes about 10 seconds and will remove the modules and customizations that could cause problems. It will save all of your personal information.   It shows my 5 d MarkIII files perfectly. Still more old files 40 d and nikon. But almost all of my original 5 d files appear in white with the in the upper right corner.

  One last thing.  If it's on a Mac and that you have recently updated to the 10.9.3, Mavericks then that makes the users folder hidden, so photos down there could be a problem.

  1. create fact sheets for the iPhone.
