  First of all, I would like to try a reset by pressing the power and Home keys until the Apple logo appears.

  If this does not work, I suggest that you visit an Apple store (with all your gear) and ask them to test/diagnose the problem.

  When various restrictions of document are applied to a PDF document, the PDF document will be encrypted/protected.

  Mobile products Acrobat DC (for iOS and Android) have the known limit where the changes cannot be saved in encrypted PDF documents.  As a result, users are not able to make changes (addition of comments/annotations or forms) for encrypted PDF documents.

  As you already know, there is no such limitation in the desktop version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

• Parallax scrolling does not work in iPad

  I recently built my site home page web personal with Muse, and I used the new scrolling parallax effect. The effect works quite well in desktop browsers, but unfortunately does not at all in the iPad and iPhone (I don't know how it works in other tablets and phones, but I guess that it also work well).

  There is a bug in the iOS library which causes the images of background with 0:0 speeds always move vertically. I will try to the have been fixed for the next version.

  In the meantime, you can try the following solution:

  -set the position key to 0px

  -adjust the vertical speed of the initial query to a different value of 0 x (for example 1). This will not affect your animation because users will never be able to scroll to the interval "before key position.

• HTMLResource enable folio does not work on iPad

  We are subscribed DPS professional.

  We have created a folio to activate HTMLResouce on the digitalpublishing site. The folio works perfectly on the Office Viewer but when I start to download on iPad it do not download on it. But it works perfectly on my Mac Adobe Content Viewer.

  The process that I follow.

  1. download the folio on the digitalpublishing site.

  2 Select a folio and open the DPS dashboard.

  3. in Folio producer Editor, click on the button import HTML resources .

  4. click on browse, select the file HTMLResources.zip.

  5. once it is transferred then preview the folio on Adobe Content Viewer.

  Note: I do the HTMLResource by opening the folder that contains the HTML resources, select the content and compress it into a .zip file. Which is mentioned in the help guide.

  Update to the update:

  Process of elimination, found that having a video embedded on the same page that an animation of edge prevents animation edge play on the devices apple mobile. Don't know why it would be a conflict, but this is a confirmed problem that could use some further investigation (staff Adobe... any help here?).
