  I'm afraid that is what happens when you share an Apple ID.

  Ideally you should each have your own ID and use family share for share purchases, but at least you would be better to have your own ID's for everything except iTunes.

  I suspect that your problem is that you share an ID for FaceTime, you must either stop this or make sure that you have only and that your caller ID is only your phone number.

  I have a new computer and have been (unsuccessfully) trying to install my Web Design CS6 follow up on this. First I tried (two or three times) to use the download - but it works all the way. Installs as Acrobat Reader worked for this, but Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign did not. So I thought that maybe the file is corrupt and tried to install it from my purchased DVD. Come to the same result - installation works completely, but ultimately, I receive a warning that some products have not been installed correctly.   I uninstalled all associated with Adobe and run CCleaner to remove all that concerns my registry as well. Unfortunately - without success. Which leaves me confused and without my programs on my computer.

  When I try to install a new version of v4.4.10.1 (SP58930) HP connection manager, I get an error of Windows Installer 1719.  Tried different solutions recommended for this, but nothing has worked.

  From your description, it seems that if you can't follow instructions in the Microsoft fixit to the letter. By using the fixit is the easiest way to remove the registry entries and make changes to the registry that will allow installing and uninstalling software.  I can't recommend the methods that I use personally when I run on these issues because they involve access to the registry via regedit. The word people have never even heard of Regedit. Using Regedit can be a very bad thing for someone not experienced in the use of the registry editor.  All ch = angels did take place immediately and which included all the mistakes made during the access to the registry. Ongoing work on an operating system can fairly easily through the registry editor. Try the Microsoft fixit. It is a safe utility. Use it after an attempt to install and leave the window open until after error that does compete with the installation of the software.
