  Please start by telling us your 'My Photo Stream' and "iCloud library" settings on all of your devices. (Settings > Photos & camera on your device iOS and Photos > Preferences > iCloud on your Mac)

  Please also indicate if there is no activity current synchronization on any of your devices (includes download, update, download, or preparation).

  My folders photostream does not refresh on my PC, so I created a new user and installed icloud and it works.  Is there something on my user account which is fouling by works.  I uninstalled icloud several times, recorded and several times.  I just don't update my pictures of my IOS devices via icloud.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  He used to work, and a few weeks back he stopped.

• plan storage iCloud does not

  I pay for the storage of 50 GB on iCloud plan and my iCloud app shows this amount.

  My iCloud show 39.4 GB of storage is always available, but if I try and download multiple files for a total of more than 3.4 GB I get the message that there is not enough space and to update the plan.

  I made a bunch of changes on my Sierra pictures of macOS, including:

  • Changing the names of Albums
  • Merger of some albums

  None of these changes are replicated to my iPhone 6 (iOS 10). Also now half of my albums are displayed as having 0 photos which is incorrect.

  Was working fine a couple of days.

  Someone has recommendations before I try to disable iCloud library on the iPhone and turning on? Someone at - it happen to them?

  Best estimate is patience - give it time - you had installed for a few hours - Sierra synchronizations are not instantaneous and a 'heap' of changes will be a "bunch" of time to synchronize

  and usually the absolute worst thing in the world to do is to turn iCloud photo library and turn it back on - that should be only a last resort

  FWIW, other dependent applications of the iCloud (calendar, Contacts) work OK.

What's not? I tried to update on my phone and iPad and getting the same error

  Someone was having the same problem, just update your card using computer with itunes.
