Antivirus, cleaning and other maintenance third party applications are completely unnecessary and tend to create more problems than they fix. OS X is extremely secure and so simply kept up-to-date will work well for years.

  Pandora requires the Shockwave Flash plugin and perhaps others, to be active. I would not disable all of these plugins that you disabled. Try to activate shockwave flash, then by restarting Firefox to see if that solves the problem. If it is not the case, try to activate the rest of your plugins.

  I recommend trying the following as it often solves this problem.  From windows control panel, open Personalization and click on the link of the screensaver at the bottom right of the window.  Remove the tick from the box "on the RESUME, the logon screen", then click on apply to apply the change.  Restart the PC and see if it wakes you up now without having to log-in again.

• S50-B-12Z - sleep and charge satellite interferes with built-in webcam

  I have a Toshiba SATELLITE S50-B-12Z with Windows 8.1.
  Recently, when using Skype, the built-in webcam has stopped working.

  At first, I thought it broke, until I tried to use the camera application.
  This app does blue light and work the webcam, but for a second, then the Toshiba sleep and load the application is passed in and stopped and it starts to alternate between the camera and the blue light and the small window of sleep and the load.

  So, with no remedy for this situation, I tried the recovery option to get factory settings, same question once again, alternating between the camera and sleep behavior and load.

  I tried a refreshment and uninstall the Toshiba sleep and load the software and alternative behavior stopped, but now the webcam does not work. Update another and the same all over again.

  I'm not an expert, but for what I see the webcam is related, in this model, for the USB hardware, so I think that sleep and charge feature interferes with the web cam (even when the software is uninstalled).

  Ideas for this problem?

  To be honest, I don t think that sleep & service or this service would affect the features of webcam.
  TOSHIBA sleep utility allows you to charge USB devices such as a cell phone with the computer in standby mode or even stop mode. This is why there should be no link between this function and webcam

  I can't say with certainty what's going wrong with your internal webcam but the fact is that in many cases the webcam and sleep function & load could be turned on and off in the BIOS.

  In my opinion, you should perform a few checks.
  First set the default BIOS settings (load default by pressing F9) and check if the webcam is enabled in the BIOS.

  Second if you think that there is still a link between sleep and charge function and the webcam, then disable the sleep and the load in the BIOS, just to check if it will make a difference.

• No fix for the iPhone 6 WIFI "incorrect password" error?

  Was started shortly after the iOS Update 9. We have several customers experiencing the same problem with iPhones and iPads.

  

  Yes, we have been meticulously enter the password. We are aware that it is case-sensitive.

  Apparently, there is some sort of strange intermittent problem. My child MX5X2LL/A 6 IPhone will connect to WIFI for a week or two, and then completely to 'forget' the passwords to each wireless network unique, that it is never connected to any notification and without any warning. Then, a week or two later, miraculously connect wireless once more. This weird bug is driving us bananas - especially with all the data overages. It all seemed begins at the time of upgrade to iOS 9. Here's what we've done since September:

  • upgrade to iOS 9.1 and later 9.1 updates

  • Re-set to update to iOS 9.3.1

  • clear and reset the network settings at least 12 times

  • clear and reset the entire phone three times

  • Reset all wireless routers, change the SSID, changed passwords

  A few things that do not seem to give us at least some sort of progress, but still unacceptable:

  • people with disabilities find my iphone - connected to WIFI immediately, then he lost again a week later

  • connected to the public WIFI hotspot by Bright House, but not through WIFI interface type

  • connected to two 5G wireless networks, even if it would not connect to 2 same G network with same or different passwords

  The signal strength is great in the world. I checked all the obvious and not so obvious stuff. Running a password access point is dangerous and not an option. It is not heat, because in this case from a cold start. The only thing I can find is a difference of firmware in the authentication in the WIFI chip used on the sellers of MX5X2LL / a. are swapped mid-year model in all mobile phones, computers and tablets and is usually transparent, so there may be a problem specific to the provider, Apple is not aware of.

  Apple support has been useless and unfortunately pompous as usual, declining several times there is a problem and asking I have send my phone to paying off-warranty service or a replacement, which is NOT a solution, thank you.   Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

  Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

  Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, Acer, recovery disk/s etc).

  I spent some time studying the reports. The cause of your problem is not clear at present.

  DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE bug control has a value of 0x0000009F. This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.

  The system log records twice, 15 and February 19, when the crash occurred. Both times, as you have noticed, the system failure occurred while sleep is underway. The failure has been neatly and not an instant stop, which would be the result of a total loss of power. This suggests that it is a single conductor. I looked at your motherboard drivers and they seem to be up-to-date and you have the latest version of the BIOS.

  This error (in reference to 0x9F) means that a driver does not properly support the power state.   I would be interested to know if the settings for these drivers has been set to allow computer up-to-date? Your computer is a laptop if this is the setting that I expect to see that the computer is dependent on a battery.

  My HP desktop computer (windows 8) is successfully connected to wifi.  Cannot connect my Apple Ipad because it does not recognize the password.  How can I find out what my password (it obviously isn't the one I use to log on Xfinity, my wifi provider) or how I can reset it?

• iPhone disconnect WiFi in case of sleep

  My iPhone warning disconnect the wifi when sleep but will automatically reconnect after a few seconds, when I turn it back on. I don't know what happened, but it just started a few days ago.

• MacBook Pro stops during sleep

  My MBP 15 "mid-2015 retina stop completely during sleep. Often when I get back to my MBP, I have to start from scratch because it stopped during sleep. There is no message in the log to indicate why it closed and no error messages or indications of kernel panic. Sometimes the power and battery and with or without the lid closed. Latest OS X with all updates applied.

  Reset the SMC (and NVRAM) does not help. Apple Diagnostics is no problem, and Genius Bar suggested I have first of all to make an OS X install excessive, then a clean install because they believe that it is a software problem. I tried to install too, and it made no difference.
