"Icons and text" style toolbar buttons have borders

Don't know whatever the title, I can say, I've updated for Firefox 8 and the text/icon style icons have more distinctly bordered. If it was intentional, I have trouble finding the option to disable this visually discordant style change.

    I have a NoScript module icon in the corner, which works very well. If I add a GreaseMonkey icon in the menu customize, "Icon and the text" is displayed for this icon as the icon and text browser controls (home, stop, etc.). Other icons the module show icon and the text (S4E, for example). NoScript is the only one I've found so far that collapses down to just an icon.

    I like this leads to the bar having a higher status (add-on). Basically what I want is for only the icon is displayed in the State (toolbar Add on), while keeping icons and text in the browser controls. My current solution is simply to remove the other icons of the add-on - it from the status bar (add-on), but which removes the ease of turning on/off and setting options.

    Please tell me if I can provide you with another thing and thanks for your help.

    I tried, and while it does not remove the text, buttons retain their width, collapses don't not down icons. I was able to get exactly the effect I want to by changing the setting in the DOM, as stated in my post above, but which only lasted as long as the session and returned to the way it was before, when I restarted Firefox.

    After a few tries, I finally joined the userChrome following tweaks. This tweak sets the buttons didn't use any text, be limited to 20 pixels of width, and, if a drop-down list arrow is present, to hide that. Greasemonkey uses a drop-down list item separated so it must be hidden specifically.

    I'm running MS Vista Ultimate.

    The imaging device icon and the wording are missing in Device Manager are missing. A device is listed in the box as installed missing icon.

    The other devices in Device Manager normally appear and I can compare what is supposed to be there for another computer running the same version of windows.

    However, the device will not work and will not reinstall.

    When you try to reinstall the device an error indicates that Setup does not work and to contact the manufacturer of the device.

    Yet once, however, this happens when I try to install any imaging device.

    I'm unable to locate information about the imaging devices in the registry.

    I think that some registry entries are missing.

    It is not the missing peripheral individual. This is the section in Device Manager.

    The image error is logged:

    "Windows didn't load setup." Contact your hardware vendor. »

    This happens with any device inaging of anyone.

    If the result of the Troubleshoot utility is negative, then reinstall the device. And also be sure to uninstall the previous contents of the device driver by running utility windows install cleanup:

    Now follow the following steps:

    1. Save the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility package on your computer

    2. right click on the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and run as administrator

    3. follow you prompt in the installation wizard. Once completed the installation, click on the Start button

    4. click on all programs. Click on Windows Install CleanUp Utility.

    5. click on the device driver (if on list) in the list of programs.

    6. click on Remove. Click OK

    7. click exit

    Restart the computer for the changes to take effect

    The cell needs display an icon and text side by side. How to make an image in the cell? Outside the environment of plugin, I was able to successfully create an AdvancedDataGrid with a custom "itemRenderer"? Unfortunately, I'm not able to do the same thing here and do appear correctly on the screen. I was wondering how I can associate the AdvancedDataGridColumn with an itemRenderer?

    There must be something wrong with your code.  The best way to get help for this sort of thing is to modify one of our samples to reproduce the problem so that we can reproduce it and focus on the thing that it does not.

    BTW, in version 5.5 the com.vmware.ui.lists.ColumnSetContainer API is still supported but has been deprecated, we recommend that you set the extensibility of the column directly in plugin.xml such as shown in samples of chassis-app 5.5 (you don't need all component Flex, but cannot display text). This is to ensure compatibility with future major version.

    The photo on the left is Illustrator CC 2014 and the right one is Illustrator CC. As you can see the icons and text on the left expand, resulting in less space for the document. I couldn't see anything in the preferences in this regard. Does anyone know how can I fix? None of my other CC 2014 applications done this... This is a computer setting or adjustment of the CC?

    It seems that your windows scale parameter is > = 125% and is put across the user interface to adapt to the parameter, as in 17.1 he used scale of OS to trigger at > = 126% and many complaints from users that have is not to scale to 125% scale which has been the case for most users. If you keep your windows less than 125% scale, it will launch in the scale to 100%.

    Hmm, I can't imagine an integrated way to display only the icons. Is it possible that one of your modules has changed the display style? You have "Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar"?

    You can view your extensions on the addons page and when they have an Options button, change their behavior. Or turn them off. I suggest starting your investigation with those:

    Open the page modules using either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

    In the left column, click Extensions. Something seems relevant to the bookmarks toolbar?

    This option in the Palette to customize does not affect the bookmarks toolbar. You have this installed extension that does this.

    OK, so I could have icons on my toolbar for things like printing, back, front, new tab, etc in Firefox 3, and the text on my bookmarks bar. I've updated for Firefox 4, and now it seems I have only all text, all of the icons or all icons with text. I can't seem to find a way to have my see the bookmarks bar up as text only, but have still a few icons for navigation and printing. Is there a way to do this?

    Answer is doubly negative. Captivate is not as InDesign, its primary goal is e-Learning, to not publish or processing.

    There is no spacing of paragraphs, and I regret as much as you, only leading (line spacing).

    There are object styles only, no text style. Use a different (legend or form) text for the title, emphasis etc container and an appropriate object style. You can add attributes to individual words ("BOLD", false fat...) and the color as well. But that's all.

  • Button outline and text styles

    I am developing a Flash application with a back-end of Air and I worked on beautification of our user interface. We have created our site browser component in an mxml file and an ActionStcript file to run it. I met two problems that I have not been able to solve the hover and treat for most how a .as file can reference things in mxml.

    The first relates to the outlines button. I want to add a record button that is just our logo so I create a < mx:Button > tag with the field of the icon as our logo .png file. However this underscores again the whole thing with a black border as if it were a text button. Is there a way to get rid of that border or is there a button object that doesn't quite have a border?

    My second question has to do with the tag < mx:TextInput >. I want some of the entries to have the default text in them that disappears when the user focuses on the input of text in text box. This was not a problem, but I want to make the default text color more clearly and in italics, which I can do easily in the tag. However, when I try to refer to this text entry box in the .as file there is no option to change the type of font in the box, and therefore user input appears in italics and lighter as well. Is there a way around this, or maybe something better to put in place of the text box?

    Sorry if this is the wrong place for this post, I'm a bit new here. Many thanks for any help someone can give without worrying.

    For your second point, I think you're asking how to change the style in actionscript, that would be yourTextInputID.setStyle ('fontStyle', 'italic');

    It would be the same if you changed it in or associated .as file.
