• Not able to check the phone number to whatsapp

  Hi, I'm owner s820 lenovo. I have installed whatsapp and wechat but I'm not able to verify my phone number in one of them. I tried to uninstall and performed the same but still getting the same error. I tried to restart the phone, but of no use. I know that the internet is connected as I am able to open other pages, but still, I get an error saying unable to connect to the internet. Can anyone help? Thank you

  Lenovo phones do not support automatic settings of your access provider 3 G/GPRS settings. You need to call your service provider (such as vodafone, idea, airtel whatever you use) the customer and together in your smart Lenovo APN settings phone manually. Call them up from your other number so that you can set the correct APN during the conversation. Once you set the correct APN, you will be able to enter the world of Whatsapp. Happy Whatsapp

• Updated to Android L Motog1st - cellular data gone

  I bike g 1st generation phone with two sim purchased from flipkart India card slots. I received notifications from upgrade to version lollipop so I accepted and upgraded to Android lollipop. After that OS upgraded characteristic of cell phone data are non-functional. I am not able to connect to 2g or 3g data service. This phone launched in India combined 3g capable of 3g and 2g data connectivity.

  My phone 1 sim card slot is damaged if I have the sim card in the sim slot 2. Before the upgrade to Android I worked with card slot sim phone 2 for calls, messages and data without problem, but after upgrading to the latest phone from the Android version is not able to connect to the cellular data.

  Wi Fi works very well as I was able to connect to public WIFI coffee without any problem. This is another thing I get an exclamation mark next to the signal Tower and wi fi all the time even when I am connected through wi fi! in any case the main concern is that I am not able to connect to the cellular data service at all after upgrade to Android.

  After contacting phone support, I was suggested for cache clear and factory reset. So far I have done cache partition wipe out several times as well as booted safe MODE to see if any application created it, but no help. I disconnected since I got this last l Android.

  I'm going to do factory reset in some days after picking up the back, but going by what I've heard of others having the same issue it won't help.

  I did cache wipe out, start safe MODE, mode airplane and back, reset the APN with the value by default and so on, but nothing seems to work.

  Anyone in front of it and able to solve this problem? Guarantee of my phone is over and I don't understand why I'm going to pay for this created OS problem at the level of the handset. I urgently need a fix for this and I was offline for a week now.

  Here are the quick workaround solutions, can try you and an update?

  1.re - insert the sim card.

  2 reset the APN settings.

  3.re - install the gprs settings.

  4. switch sims.

  5. check with different network.

  6 safe mode reboot

  7. clear Partition

  Pretty much confirms that it is outside interference. You have McAfee on both machines? Close all programs and temporarily disable McAfee on both machines. Send a short test message now.

  Norton and McAfee are two of the worst programs to use with Windows e-mail clients. They cause conflicts and must be removed in favour of a less intrusive program like NOD32, (not free), Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials, (both free). I use MSE on all my machines and it works fine.

  Today, I read a lot of articles about the transportation options for the Blackberry network.

  I installed the Tool of Network Diagnostics on my device (BlackBerry 9300 v5.0).

  I'm Tournai on "Mobile network" and disabled the "WiFi". Therefore, my device must use the direct TCP (HTTP protocol) only.

  According to this article, for a cell TCP connection, we need to set up the APN settings, otherwise we will have 'Tunnel failed' error

  So, I had the impression that with 3G networks, don't need us to specify the APN.

  One of the really annoying things on the treatment on the Blackberry network is its inconsistency.  I think you've hit one of them.  I saw this in the past with Vodafone, I wasn't sure that this has happened with other networks but maybe so.

  The inconsistency is the following.

  If your connection URL looks like

  http://...; deviceside = true

  If you think that this will force the connection to use the carrier TCP aka Direct TCP.  However, on some phones of brands, including Vodafone, is not correct.  On these phones a connection as it goes actually on WAP.

  Have you checked your firewall to see if Thunderbird is set to allowed. It is not uncommon for the firewall block the updates as if they were new software.

  I was able to fix it myself.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I can see your post when you try to open the settings > Bluetooth, the settings app unexpectedly quits on you. I know it's nice to be able to additional pair to iPhone devices. I will be happy to provide information on this.

  Thank you for all the steps you made, that helps us a lot. What we want to do is to reset all settings.  This removes any data, but he'll get over things like settings, settings VPN, layout screen, Wi - Fi password, etc..

  To do the reset go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings.  Test and see if it is working as it normally should.

  Based on your post, I see that you did do a restore. If the steps above did not work, and restoring you have already done from a backup, then the next step would be to make sure you have a recent backup, and then restore it to the factory and parameters established as new instead of restoring a backup.

  I recently moved into a pretty secluded lake House in Iowa, and I get no cell service inside the House. I thought I'd be able to make calls using wifi, but it never worked. I did a little research today and found there a wifi call parameter which must be turned on, but when I went to look for mine it wasn't there. I looked everywhere. Settings-> phone-> nothing call wifi. I'm on the latest version of iOS (9.3.2) and my ISP (AT & T) allows the wifi calls. What is the problem? Help, please!
