  I'm having a similar problem. The App Store icon shows that there is an update but when I open App Store I get the spinning wheel but nothing else. Any category I click (features, Top Charts, updates, etc.) I get the same. Help of the App Store is the same. I have not had problems before. This is on a Mac Mini (mid 2011) 10.11.3 running. App Store says Version 2.1 (459). Everything else seems to work very well. Anyone have any ideas?

  Have you checked the iTunes and App Store Sign In?  Settings > general > iTunes and App Store.

  Also, if you have old applications associated with the old ID still on the iOS device, the app store will ask you the old id and password to update the old app.  Legacy applications can be transferred to the new identification.

  None that I know. There might be a few home replacement of 3rd party applications that will be, but not from personal knowledge.

  You don't have the Favorites tab in the app if drawer. If you open the app drawer and either press the star at the top left, or drag from left to right you will see the Favorites tab. You can put your favorite apps here for quick and easy access. I hope this helps.

  It is not a good idea to use the email address, because in AppWorld, a customer buys the game with their PayPal email address.  Many times, it's probably a different email address then what is written on the blackberry.  I see some users of PayPal in their email address (i.e. [email protected]) so I dunno they created it just for PayPal purchases.   The best solution would be to only use the PIN number.
