• The "Current project" folder

  Everywhere where is stored my LR catalogs, a 'Current project' folder is automatically created and I have import new pix in any particular LR catalog, these specific images imported, seem to be duplicated in a record dated in the 'Current projects' folder (I think not wrong saying).

  The problem seems to be, as I have import more images in different LR catalogs for various projects, the duplicate images are filled my hard drive.

  There's obviously a reason to reproduce in this way but as duplicates appear every day, I end up with hard drives!

  Is it OK to remove these images duplicated in the 'Current projects' folder or making it impossible to work in the future LR project. I also kinda scared it might be destructive with regard to the original files I have stored in my folder 'Raw files' (straight from the camera).

  Yes, you want to check "Add" when you import, this will prevent the duplicates will be paid.

  However, you will need to know copies of which are referenced in Lightroom right now. If Lightroom is refers to the copy in the dated folders (which is my guess at what he does, although I'm not 100% sure), then you don't want to delete these, you want to remove copies of the records undated. But don't go by my proposal... YOU need to know what is happening in your version of Lightroom, and you can do that via the metadata in the library Module Panel, it will show you records where Lightroom think are your photos.

• How to remove unwanted files from the local root folder of the site?

  I work with Dreamweaver CS4 on a Windows PC. I have finished my site but I have a lot of files in my local root folder that I don't want to upload to the server. These unwanted files are for most of the photos that I should not be used in my site. I do not understand how to download the site on the server using ftp and remote folder in Dreamweaver. I suppose that if I move the page html files to the remote folder that my photos will not be associated with these html files automatically. I used a Dreamweaver template during the construction of the site. I wish I had a folder with only the necessary files for the site (all html pages and a folder of images) to upload to the server. Is there an easy way to move all my pages and images associated with a folder or remove all unwanted files in the local root folder? As I see it now, I'll have to go through all my pages and write down each title of the photo and then go back and delete each unwanted file. This seems a lot of your time, so I thought that there must be an easier way, I hope.

  I guess you mean 'work' files, not the images that you use in your Web site.

  If they are not related to all pages of your site, you are free to move by using your computer's file management tools. I can give you specific instructions, if you wish, but the short of it is that you do not keep them in the folder root of your site at all.

  In my way of working, I have a folder for each client that includes:

  • The correspondence of this client folder
  • Folder to 'Work'... the PNG images, etc., or of the images from the client
  • Record the site root

  When I get e-mail, I save the message in the appropriate folder of correspondence, I save the images etc in the folder of 'Work' to the customer and I only save images and other who have already been optimized in the Site folder, keep it as intact as possible.

  Even if the general warning must always use the files Panel to move files around, that applies to files which are linked and form part of the structure of your Site. Moving your files 'work' outside of the structure can be carried out safely in windows explore your PC.

After you move the files to your heart's content, rerun the link check and confirm that you moved the files you want to move. Make sure that you DON'T move files consciously... do not move the .htaccess files or .cgi files, etc.

  Didn't know how to phrase the question. Here's the question. Ex: someone sent me an audio file to add to my project of logic and I have it drag my desktop and everything is all fine and good. I save the project, and then proceed to remove the audio file from my office. I then go back to open my logical project and it says that it cannot find the file. In Garageband, once I recorded an audio file project, it is always there even if I deleted it from my office. But in the logic, it does not do this. Is it sort of permanently save/integrate a file in a project of logic, so that I can remove from my desk and there not try to pick him up every time at the opening?

  For new projects, use file > save and make sure that "Copy the following files to your project" is enabled for audio files.

• Where is the iMovie projects folder on the new iMovie 10.1.1 App?

  I'm going through a project for a new Mac iMovie folder (with all the latest news app) on an external hard drive so that I can give it to a friend to change. I type in the iMovie projects in my search for spotlight on Finder and it does not appear. My old mac computer doesn't have this problem. It appears in the older Mac. My new Mac using iMovie version 10.1.1 and my old iMovie 10.0.5. Does anyone know of a solution on what I should look for or how to find it?

  iMovie 10 has more iMovie and records events iMovie projects.  Everything is inside a package with the .imovielibrary extension.  Its default location is the users / < username > / films.  For more information, see: http://help.apple.com/imovie/mac/10.1/#/mov3fa25bae7

• Missing files in the pod project manager

  Yesterday I installed RH8 HTML on my new Win 7 computer.  I then copied all my files associated with a specific project over my old Win XP machine.  When I use Windows Explorer to look at a list of all .htm files, I copied, they are all there.  However, when I open the project in RH8 on my new computer and display a list of the .htm files that are in a particular folder in the project manager pod, some of the .htm files are missing.  Curiously, if I open the table of contents for the project and click a topic that refers to one of the 'missing' files, RH8 opens the file and I can modify it in the usual way.  To me, that indicates that the file is really where it is supposed to be and RH8 can find it.  However, the file name is absent the pod project manager.  In addition, when I want to insert a hyperlink, the file name is missing from the list of .htm files, which I can link.  It is a problem, obviously.

  I should note that HR on my old computer is version 8.0.1.204 and HR on my new computer is 8.0.0.203.  Hard to believe that would be the issue, but thought I should mention it.  In addition, files that are not have similar names to files that are not.  For example, reportCheckDataMailmerge is absent, but the reportCheckDataMailmergeSee is not.

  I would be grateful for all the suggested fixes.

  I am an old user of Windows and new to Mac, so this is probably a stupid question. But I wonder how the files in an application package can be opened using the file > open dialog box.

  I installed a 'Scid vs Mac' chess program and need to open a chess database file that is stored in the ScidvsMac application package.

  I know that you can view the contents of the package in the Finder. But Scid does not support drag & drop for databases of chess, so I need to open the database with the file open dialog box? But I've not been fined of any opportunity to look inside the package. So, how you go through to access a file within the application package in the Applications folder?

  Use the utility called pacifist. However, I do not know if will do what you think you need to do. Once inside a package by using the Finder, you should be able to find the database and replace using drag and drop.

• Remove a file from the system32/drivers folder, keyboard does not

  After receiving warnings from Kaspersky on the activity of type keylogging I foolishly deleted the file in the Windows\system32\drivers folder and after a disconnection cannot return the keyboard no longer works. Can't remember which file it was, but obviously, it must have been a keyboard driver. Tried in safe mode back to last good configuration and safe mode to identify you with no success. Tried a keyboard ps2 without success. Anyway around this or could it be fixed easily if I took it for repair?

• Can I save clips short, renowned for the active project folder in 14 elements?

  Hello!  I have a ton of renowned, short clips in a project I'm working on that.  Problem is, I have change the longer movie clips go ziping up to the far right (off the monitor), which causes a lot of blue air here because I get what I need.

  And a lot of my audio clips (narration) took off for the hinterland law-neighborhood, lost of the workspace until I go through the laborious search for them.  Seems to me that it wastes a LOT of time.

  Can anyone help?

  I'm not sure of your narration. I think that we need to solve the problems that as a separate issue.

  But here's how you create small clips of a longer clip:

  (1) define the components panel of project for the display of the list by selecting it in the Panel Options in the upper right corner of the Panel.

  2) double-click your videos in the active project (before placing on your timeline).

  (3) in the monitor of the Clip, the points value and exit to set your short clip.

  (4) drag this short clip from the Clip monitor into the active panel. It appears as if it were something new, shorter.

  You can do as many segments of this clip for as long as you want.

  There are also automatically that can work for you. Once more, make sure that you are in list view. It works as well in grid mode.

  Right-click on a clip in the active panel of the project, and then select Execute Auto Analyzer. This will create a new folder in your project assets with the longest clip automatically cut to shorter clips, based on changes in the content.

  You don't need to drag and drop files. You just need to set the site in DW site manager. In site settings, you point to the folder on your local disk that contains the files under the root of your site.

  It makes perfect sence, in OOP, you can just include a class and start to use it, so that there are import features.
  You can only include a flood a/s (no class files).

  see if your "C:\Windows.old\Documents and Settings of utilisateur\Local Settings\nom" has a shortuct looking for icon. If it changes to the command prompt in the directory that contains the junction point, i.e. "C:\Windows.old\Documents and Settings\nom of user' can do a: dir / a: s *. at the command prompt.
