If I change my iTunes store, going to lose my old purchases?

Not sure what you mean by losing.

You lose nothing of what you have stored somewhere.

You cannot access another country's iTunes store, unless you are within the borders of this country, then you would not be able to re-download anything from another country.

As long as you keep your content on your computer and save them, you will not lose.
