  Absolutely,.

  Just move them to your regular Windows Explorer or anything on a Mac. Then change your site definition to point to the new location.

  So it seems that if your system has a software restriction policy installs.  You need to contact your IT Department. to learn about the changes to the policy will be to install Silverlight.

  First, disconnect all the external devices connected to the computer, and then try to start and check what is happening.   You should check with the person who arranged the subscription to see what are the conditions for individual users.  Normally, an individual subscription license allows to have two machines with working facilities.  I don't know if the same applies to a subscription of volume / business.
