  There is a huge difference - iPhone takes pictures with the 8 megapixel camera, where the ipad is about 1 at best.   I use iCloud-based limited - find my iPhone, iCloud Drive, reminders, Notes, and news. Settings for iCloud shows these three elements under tension. Unfortunately, Notes does not sync to Mac now or never. Settings for iCloud shows that the Mac and the iPhone are connected to iCloud. I don't know if new is sync for iCloud, as there is no icon for it on the web page of iCloud.

  In settings iCoud on the Mac, it is not a single entry in notes even if there are 15 different notes on the phone which are changed daily on the lists. On the phone, there is a 0 for the notes in iCloud.

  As far as I know, Notes should work, but I can't say what the problem is.
